Consent

The requirement that a medical procedure has to be preceded by an informed consent is very important. The Health and Human Service Department regulates that embryo transfer, insemination and transfer of frozen embryos always require consent. Consent forms can be found at the clinics websites or are handed out by the clinics. The consent form must be submitted to the clinic before treatment can commence.
